Returns & Refunds
Returning an item to Merch CMT (Frank Bruno Foundation
website) is easy, just review the information below and we will sort out the
rest once we have received your return. Don’t forget to put a copy of your
order paperwork in with your return, this will help us deal with your return as

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then
please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase(s) by e-mailing email@example.com We will arrange for
replacement goods or a full prompt refund.
Please print out your order confirmation and include this
with the item(s) you are returning. Once we receive the item(s) back we will
send you a replacement, an exchange for another item or a refund.

Full Returns Policy
We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from
the date your order was dispatched.
Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed
condition, deemed fit for resale. Please ensure goods are returned to us with
their original tags attached and original packaging (where applicable). Some
items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the

been done. We process all returns on the day they are received back to us so we

will be adjusted accordingly.
