As part of an exit strategy the wrap around service is to provide participants who are referred in to the Frank Bruno Foundation an initial consultation to identify any factors that might be hindering any progression within the Round by Round programme, this will roll over to 4 weeks post 12 week programme. We feel as a charity that we can support participants with building on existing strengths and developing new skills however we would like to advocate in resolving any impacting or environmental factors. This is a need led service.
If we feel it is not something we can assist with we will endeavour to seek the support of signpost.
Our mentors will assist and help with:
- Housing advice, engaging service
- Benefits, form filling, general advice
- Counselling
- Debt
- Addiction
- CV writing
- Seeking voluntary roles in the community
- Volunteering with TFBF
- Club memberships-Gym, swimming, knitting etc
- Foodbanks
- Workshops
- Advocacy
